LA County beaches reopen Wed. May 13 for ocean activities & exercise with restrictions

The City of LA has announced that all LA County beaches will be open to the public this Wednesday, May 13th, with restrictions. Swimming, surfing and exercise will be allowed, although activities such as sunbathing and grilling will remain prohibited.
